Can you imagine flushing a toilet after 10 PM is illegal in Switzerland. I mean WTF. Was the person who wrote this law high or something?? Anyways, take a look at some of these laws and decide for yourself.
1. In 26 out of total 50 states in the United States, it’s completely legal to fire someone for being a gay.
2. In Milan, Italy, it’s a legal requirement to smile at all times.
Be ready to face a fine if you can’t smile in Milan. Of course, exceptions are there – Funerals and hospital visits.
3. In England, it’s illegal to die in the house of Parliament.
This was also voted as the most ‘idiotic’ law in the UK in 2007.
4. Japan doesn’t allow you to be fat.
Waistline above 35.4 inches for men and 31.5 inches for women is not allowed. The objective is to shrink the overweight population by 10-25% over the next 7 years.
5. In Switzerland, it is not allowed to flush the toilet after 10 PM.
Government calls it noise pollution as it might affect your neighbours.
6. In IOWA, USA, it is illegal for a man with a moustache to kiss a woman in public.

7. You are not supposed to run out of petrol in Germany’s Autobahn.
It can result in cancellation of your driver’s license for 6 months or 5 years of imprisonment.
8. In Vietnam, chatting in forums or blogging about Vietnamese Government is strictly forbidden.
Don’t you dare talk about the government?
9. In Samoa, it’s illegal to forget your wife’s birthday.
Indian women are going to love this law. Don’t you.
10. In Denmark, attempting to escape from prison is not illegal.
However, that attempt must be successful. If you are caught, then you’ll have to serve the remainder of your jail term.
11. In Victoria, Australia, it’s illegal to change bulb unless your are a licenced electrician.
