Unhappiness is not like pursuing happiness so it is never difficult to find. You actually don’t have to search it. It is all around you. People remain unhappy because of a lot of reasons like unstable jobs, incapability, lack of courage, poor economic conditions in the country, risk of life, low incomes, screwed relationships and so on.
You don’t have to find reasons to be unhappy. In fact, you are surrounded by unhappy people.
And, if you are in love with unhappiness and want to stay in that state all your life, I have some tips for you. Just practice them in your life and you will never be happy again.
1.Never follow your heart
I am sure you know people who followed their heart are very few. Why take a risk of entering a happy state when you have the option to stop following your heart. This will guarantee you unhappiness.
2. Never take risks
I can quote examples of people who took risks in their lives and succeeded. We don’t want you to be in that spot.
3. Never talk to people
Talking to people will make you forget your pain and sufferings. You are prohibited from doing that.
4. Never think positively
Positivity can lead to a happy life, a better job and a promising career. Why would you want that to happen?
5. Never Smile
A smile can make you optimistic towards life. And of course, talking to a smiling person is always more pleasant than talking to a sad one. Make sure you always talk to a sad person because that’s what you are.
6. Never ever follow a healthy diet schedule
Waking up early, doing exercise, taking healthy meals throughout the day are habits of successful and happy people. These are not meant for you.
7. Never try something new
Don’t ever try new things. Life never stands still, and trying something new might lead to very important, positive changes in your life which can be dangerous.
Hope you liked the article. Just in case, you are interested in happiness then remove the word NEVER forever.
