I will have to admit that not every lecture in college is interesting and engaging. Even if they were, we weren’t that studious enough to focus on the lecture. But some lectures are genuinely disappointing and boring that even the studious guys try to walk out of the classroom.
There are certain undeniable things that everyone does in a boring lecture.
1. Candy Crush/ Temple Run could be one of the best ways to kill time during a boring lecture.
2. People have other options in this Internet world. You can do a quick status update on facebook or change your DP on WhatsApp etc.
3. This is an interesting one. When the teacher is writing something on the board and someone starts to make noises in the class followed by others. They would stop when the teacher turns face towards the class.
4. Most of the classes don’t have a back door. In case, they do then students will get their attendance marked and leave from the back door. If there is no back door, students often jump from their windows only if the classroom is on ground floor.
5. Writing anything on the notebook just to make sure that teacher things that you are taking notes.
6. Students also take endless selfies from their phones and keep them sharing among friends.
7. The lecture is so boring that it gets really difficult for you to stay awake. You end up sleeping and often caught by the professor.
