No matter how much we curse and stereotype a government job, it still remains a dream and the most secure job for a large segment of the population in our country. No matter how lucrative and rewarding a private job can be, they will still pay no heed to a private job. All they are interested in is – A Sarkari Naukri.
So here we present some characteristics of Sarkari Naukri applicants. Some signs that prove you are born just for a government job.
1. A collection of SSC & CSE preparation books lands up on your shelves the moment you pass high school.
2. You will have a weekly subscription to the Employment News as you don’t want to miss any important news/ updates about any government job.
3. You will have a collection of last 10 years of exam papers, mock tests and sample papers to brush up your skills before the final exam.
4. You will make friends with people who are only interested in a govt. job. You will have meetings with them every alternate day to share and get important updates on deadlines and new jobs – Strictly SARKARI.
5. If you have SC/ST/ OBC or any other quota, you are all set to apply year after year irrespective of previous failures in the entrance exams. Your motivation level is flying high.
6. No matter your friend is a Googler or a Facebook employee, your conviction towards a government job is unmatched.
7. No other thing will give as much high to your family as your selection in the job. Sharma Ji, Mera beta sarkari Naukri karta hai (My son is a government servant). What about your son? Sharma Ji left!!
8. And most importantly, you managed to build a lethargic attitude to things even before you are selected for any job.
