No matter how brilliant or not your product is, it makes no sense at all until and unless it’s backed with a solid & creative advertisement campaign to create awareness about the product. Creativity is an important weapon given to human race. Sometimes, companies take their creativity to an entirely different level that they not only deliver the message across but also but also drive your creative buds.
Take a look at these brilliant ads.
1. Colgate
Now take a look at these pictures carefully. Colgate created these images to promote their Dental Floss Campaign.
Did you notice anything different? No..
In the first image, you might not have noticed that the woman has an extra finger on her hand.
In the second image, we have some third person’s arm on the guy’s shoulder.
Lastly, the guy has an ear missing.
And, Colgate proved his point that food remaining on your teeth draws more attention than your physical defect.
2. Fedex: China-Australia
The world is a small place and no one ensures faster delivery than FedEx.
3. The Hindu
In an effort to counter the competition, The Hindu launched the full-fledged ad campaign on all forms of media including print, TVCs, Radio and others. The idea was simple. There is much more to talk about than Bollywood and celebrity gossips. The tagline was ‘Stay ahead of the times’.
4. UN Women Campaign
I am not sure if you still get the same autocomplete suggestions when you type these keywords on Google. The campaign was kicked off by UN Women organization which part of United Nations aimed at achieving gender equality and empowerment of women.
5. Dettol
The campaign very clearly tells that there is just one part of your body which is more prone to infections – Your Hands. Hence, it’s of primary importance to keep your hands protected from germs all the time.
6. Burger King
Hope you get the idea. Even McDonalds prefer Burger King. Creativity at its best. 😉
7. World Tobacco Day
The message here is crystal clear. If you don’t smoke, you don’t die just like smokers.
8. Indigo Airlines
The simple idea put so brilliantly. The objective is to offer same-day return flights to the business passengers. They delivered the message with a twist.
9. Shiv Sena Campaign
By means of this campaign, Shiv Sena countered the ruling UPA government. The argument was if ‘PRO’ is the opposite of ‘CON’ then what is the opposite of CONgress. Never expected such creativity from a party like Shiv Sena. Anyways, a guy named Shreyas Shevade countered their argument with the same logic.
Amazing reply, though.
10. This guy surpassed all conventions of creative advertising and came up with this.
Singh Sahab maan gaye apko.
11. Jet Airways – Kingfisher – GoAir
In a creative war between Kingfisher and Jet Airways, Go Air came from nowhere and scored a century. 😉 The same happened with Flipkart.
