Congress MLA From Odisha Suspended For Watching Porn. Let’s See Other Politicians Who Were Caught Watching Porn

While a lot of researches prove that watching porn is beneficial, but that doesn’t mean one can watch porn anywhere and everywhere. In a recent incident, Odisha Assembly speaker Niranjan Pujari suspended Congress MLA Naba Kishore Das for 7 days for watching porn in the assembly on his mobile phone.

Another BJP MLA, Pramila Mallik, took up the matter with the speaker demanding immediate action against Das and said, “Such perversion inside the temple of democracy can’t be tolerated. It is shameful.”

When asked about this incident Das said, he had opened YouTube accidentally.”While trying to open my own social media page, I accidentally touched YouTube. I scrolled down unwittingly when the TV camera shot me,” Das told TOI.

But this is not the first time that any politician is caught watching porn inside the temple of democracy. There have been other occasions as well.

1. Laxman Savadi (Minister for Cooperation), C.C. Patil Savadi (Women & Child Welfare Minister) & Krishna Palemar (Minister for Ecology, Environment and Ports)

All three state ministers from BJP were caught watching porn on a mobile phone in the Karnataka Assembly in 2012. They tendered their resignations to the party on 8th February 2012.

2. Shankar Choudhury, MLA from Radhanpur, and Jetha Dharwad from Shehra

This came a month after the Karnataka incident. They were allegedly watching obscene pictures on a tablet with the assembly in session. The congress members demanded the dismissal of the two BJP MLAs but shockingly, the speaker suspended the entire opposition for disrupting the house.
