Born as Rajeev Hari Om Bhatia, Khiladi Kumar always wanted to be an actor. As a teenager, his father asked him about his aspirations and he firmly responded that he want to be an actor.
Akshay Kumar turns 48 today. We wish him happiness, prosperity, and good health. In a career spanning over two decades, he’s done more than 100 films giving numerous hits to producers and directors. But there are some movies that the actor shouldn’t have done.
We don’t doubt his acting skills, but there is more to a movie than just acting. No doubt he is amongst the most brilliant actors in the Industry. In a world dominated by Khans, Khiladi Kumar has not only established a great fan following for himself but also proved his skills as a versatile actor.
Let’s have a look at some of the movies he could have avoided.
1. Kambakhht Ishq
For those who saw this movie, I can feel how miserable you guys must have felt watching this movie. The movie was neither romantic nor action. I don’t even know what it was. IMDB rated this movie 3.8 on 10.
2. Once Upon Time In Mumbai Dobaara!
The prequel of this movie was rated 7.4 on IMDB, but this one failed miserably with just 4.9 on 10. The movie is nowhere near to the prequel. In fact, he didn’t even look like a gangster.
3. Joker
Let me make it simple for everyone. This movie had just one good thing – Hotness of Chitrangada Singh in the itemsong ‘Kaafiraana’. The movie was rated 2.5 on IMDB.
4. Thank You
Anees Bazmee remade his own super hit film No Entry He believes in keeping his audience engaged by showing the same plot again & again. The movie was rated 4.5 on IMDB.
5. Action Replayy
The movie tries hard to entertain but fails to do so. Thanks to the dull & boring script. Even though Akshay played his character nicely, but the movie failed to impress the audience. It was rated 4 on IMDB.
6. Tees Maar Khan
The movie is a complete torture. I wonder why Faran Khan doesn’t realize that people can literally die after watching such pathetic movies. It was rated 2.5 on IMDB.
7. It’s Entertainment
Every dog movie can’t become a ‘Teri Meherbaniyan’. It couldn’t even justify its name. It was rated 4.7 on IMDB.
8. Chandni Chowk To China
Just because Akshay Kumar was a Chef in real life this doesn’t mean that the movie in which he reprised his previous life avatar would become a hit. The movie was rated 3.9 on IMDB.
9. Jaani Dushman: Ek Anokhi Kahani
This was the most horribly written movie. One of the IMDB users even rated it as the worst Indian movie ever. It got 2.7 on IMDB.
We want you to think that you are the same actor who did great movies like Hera Pheri, Mr & Mrs Khiladi, Sainik, Mohra, Special 26, Namaste London and so on. And, we want the same from you in future as well.
We wish Khiladi Kumar all the very best for his life ahead.
