It was a very touching moment when IAF Marshal Arjan Singh, who is wheel chaired, stood up and gave a strong dignified salute to the former President Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam.
Singh is the only officer of the Indian Air Force to be promoted to five-star rank and he has held the post of Marshal of the Indian Air Force since 2002. Singh was joined by many other dignitaries who had come to Palam Airport to pay their last respects to the departed soul. Check this video.
