It is quite disproportionate that India is the 7th largest country area wise and 2nd most populous country. India’s current population of 1.285 Billion growing at a rate of 1.2%. If we continue to grow like this, we would soon surpass China as the most populous country in the world.
Sometimes, I even wonder why we Indians so much love producing kids. Maybe our belief in Ideology “Sab Upar Wale Ki Den Hai” as if we have nothing to do with it. And if we continue to grow at such an alarming rate, one day we would lose out on space on Earth.
A Reddit user Garaile64 recently picked some countries that has the same area as our 29 states. To extend it further, we did a population comparison based on the total area served for each country and equivalent state.
